All returns must be reported in advance to Motherlode Customer Service. The return costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. You have a period of 7 days to terminate any sales contract without explanation the withdrawal period expires after 7 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you took physical possession of your property. Items must be returned to us via the Colissimo carrier, as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item (s). If you return your entire order a fee of 4.9 € you will be deducted from the final amount of your refund. We will refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or a shipping certificate of the items, whichever comes first.

Finally the responsibility of the company Motherlode can not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. Motherlode is not liable for delays, losses or theft of parcels committed by the Post Office.
