  • When will my order be shipped?

 

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the goods. Orders are not usually shipped on weekends or holidays. Some items are made to order and their production and shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks (varies by demand, size, style and availability).

 

  • I just placed my order. Can I add another article?

 

Unfortunately, we can not add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and send us an email. We will be happy to forego shipping this additional order if it has been placed within 24 hours of the initial order.

 

  • Can I return or exchange items purchased for sale?

 

All items on sale can not be returned or exchanged. To find out more about our return and exchange policy, please send an email to customer service at motherlode.custom@gmail.com

 

  • How long does it take to process my return?

 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email at the address indicated on your account when this transaction has occurred. Please note that your banking institution may need additional days to process and record this transaction on your account once we have received the information from us.

 

  • Where is my order confirmation?

 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered for your order. If for any reason you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If no email has been entered during the purchase, your confirmation will be sent by SMS to the phone number provided.
